Honouring Outstanding Care at Roc Northwest

We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Ricci McGruddy, Team Leader at The Hawthorns ( Roc Northwest), has won “The Superstar Senior Support Worker Award” at the Stars of CYP Awards, hosted by Ryan Thomas last Friday!

Ricci’s incredible dedication, leadership, and heartfelt commitment to the children and young people we support make him truly deserving of this honour.

We’re also proud to share that The Hawthorns staff team were named finalists in the “Above and Beyond Team Award” category. While we didn’t take home the trophy this time, being recognised alongside such exceptional teams is a testament to the care and commitment our staff show every day.

This recognition reflects the passion and values that run through every part of Roc Northwest.
